FAQ's

  • All attendees must be of age by the date of the show to attend and carry a VALID form of ID to enter.

     Valid Forms of ID include: [It is always required]

    - Drivers License

    - State ID

    - Passport

    - NO SCHOOL IDS, NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES, NO EXPIRED ID’s, NO PHOTOS OF IDS WILL BE ACCEPTED

     If you need to, in most states you can visit your local DMV and receive a state ID same day. We also accept temporary IDs, military IDs, or driver’s permits that feature BOTH a date of birth AND picture.

  • If you purchased your ticket through our website and/or through Eventbrite, you have no reason to worry.

    If you received a confirmation email of your ticket purchase, you will receive your digital tickets via email before the show. If you don't, we can always look up your tickets in the box office the night of the show with your order number, name or email. 

  • Tickets can be purchased via *Eventbrite, DeccaLive.com, and BLNKCNVS.com
     

    *Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed.

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Doors close at 2 AM EST before the show ends, and there is NO RE-ENTRY.

  • The age for events varies, please check our official ticketing page on each event for the age requirements. 

  • Decca Live is ADA accessable, if you need special accomidations please tell our staff upon your arrival and we will help! 

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed.

  • No. We do not allow hydration packs inside of the venue.

  • Small bags/fanny packs are allowed.

    No bags bigger than 12 inches x 12 inches, this includes:

    Purses

    No Bota Bags

    No multi-pocket backpacks.

  • No, it does not. 

  • We only post select photos via our social media channels!

  • Will call is likely located at the box office, but please email contact@deccalive.com for specific instructions as it varies event by event.

  • Please check your ticket or search Eventbrite for your event to check the start time.

  • You’re more than welcome to take pictures or videos from your phone, however, you cannot bring any stands/sticks and/or camera with detachable lenses. Professional cameras (with detachable lenses) are NOT allowed into the venue.

  • Generally, we do not have a strict dress code for ticketed events

    Rave attire is permitted for EDM shows.

    ONLY ON "DECCA FRIDAYS" CLUB NIGHTS will enforce the following dress code: 

    The following attire is not permitted:

    Athletic Wear

    Athletic Shoes

    Shorts

    Sandals

    Work boots

    Tank tops

    Jerseys

    Loose-fitting or Baggy Jeans

    Baseball Caps

    Satchels

    No flip-flops or open-toed shoes are allowed at any time.

  • We do not allow the following items in the venue: 

    • Weapons of any kind 

    • Flow Toys such as poi, LED hoops,  ETC 

    • Markers 

    • Stickers 

    • Professional Camera equipment 

    • Large bags 

    • Laser pointers
